These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of the services offered by Thrive Cooperate Center for Wellness (“Thrive”), both online and in person. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services:Thrive offers a range of holistic therapies designed to complement traditional cancer treatment and promote overall well-being. These services may include, but are not limited to:
    • Massage therapy
    • Acupuncture
    • Meditation and mindfulness training
    • Nutritional counseling
    • Yoga and other movement therapies
  2. Disclaimer:
    • These services are not a substitute for conventional medical care. You are responsible for continuing to consult your physician and following their treatment plan.
    • The therapies provided have not been clinically proven to treat or cure cancer. They are intended to address specific symptoms, improve well-being, and manage stress, but are not a replacement for traditional medical interventions.
    • You are required to disclose all current medications and therapies to our practitioners before starting any services at the Center. This ensures we can provide the safest and most effective care tailored to your specific needs.
    • Results from these therapies may vary. We cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or promise the alleviation or cure of cancer.
  3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation:
    • Appointments can be made by phone, email, or online via our website.
    • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. Late
      cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.
  4. Payment:
    • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit card, and debit card.
    • We offer pre-paid packages for certain services. Some packages may have specific terms and conditions associated with them, which will be provided at the time of purchase.
