Experienced Oncology Clinical Coordinator and Educator with a demonstrated history of working in the biotechnology industry. Theresa’s career has spanned a remarkable arc, all based on patient care and education. Starting as a nurse and subsequently a nurse practitioner, she played a key role in the development of the Swim Across the Sound Foundation and launched much of the cancer and survivorship programming at Swim Across the Sound. She later brought her skills to the world of Biotechnology, where she has helped some of the worlds most advanced biotech companies develop their products including provider and patient education. She brings this prodigious skill set to the passion that ignited her career, helping her community in the greater Bridgeport area live their best lives from time of cancer diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond.
