Our fee for online memberships is $15.00 (just an example for now). Our full memberships are $25.
Yes, we offer online memberships and full memberships. If you purchase a full membership, all online classes and services are included.

THRIVE does not charge a fee to cancel your membership.

We have a Lost and Found bin located at the front desk of our facility. If you happen to lose something while you are visiting THRIVE, please speak to our receptionist who will assist you. Although we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or forgotten items, any items turned in or found by our staff will be placed in the Lost and Found bin for 30 days. After this period, any unclaimed items will be either donated to charity or discarded.
If you have an annual membership with THRIVE, you can put your membership on hold for one month each year. In case you need to take a break for a longer period, THRIVE will refund the unused portion of your membership. When you are ready to resume your membership, you can renew it.
Yes, we offer gift cards in any amount, which may be applied to a membership, class, therapeutic session, or even in our gift shop.
Yes, family members of our THRIVE community are welcome to join, whether for a month, a year, or longer. They are on your cancer journey with you, and we offer the same assistance and compassion we offer all of our members dealing with cancer.
We offer a free trial pass for prospective members to experience all our services on any day they choose.
Yes, our showers are located in both the men’s and women’s laboratories.
THRIVE has lockers available in both the men’s and women’s restrooms. These lockers are free to use, however, you must bring your own lock to secure your belongings. Please make sure to remove all items from the locker before leaving at the end of your visit.
Thrive does not have a pool at its facility.
Yes, we have guest Wi-Fi which is available to everyone who visits THRIVE. Our password is provided at the front desk. There is no cost to use our Wi-Fi, it is included as our guest services.
At THRIVE, we accept cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, THRIVE gift cards, digital wallets, and prepaid cards.
At THRIVE, we aim to offer a wide range of online courses and services for your convenience. However, not all courses may be available online at this time. If a course is accessible online, you will have the option to take it either online or at our center in Trumbull upon registration.
All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every use. Our facility is cleaned at the end of every day. Our bathrooms and countertops are also cleaned and sanitized every day. Masks are available at the front desk upon request.
All of our therapists, trainers, and instructors are certified, licensed, and insured. They are trained specifically to work with cancer patients, and they understand their needs and are always up-to-date on your progress, treatments, and cancer journey.
Yes, we offer acupuncture, massage, naturopathy, hypnosis, meditation, and yoga, all designed to alleviate the side effects of cancer-related treatments, and post-surgery pain.
Before beginning any program, you will have a consultation with a THRIVE consultant who will discuss your needs and cancer stage. They will then create a program tailored specifically to meet your goals.
