Tomorrows functional fitness class focuses on getting strong in all aspects of our body. With upper body, lower body, and balance resistance training as well as some core mixed in, this class provides an opportunity for our members to develop their strength and understand how it relates into the real world. What is a Deadlift??

Myth vs Fact when it comes to Exercise and Oncology:Myth: Cancer patients should only do gentle, restorative exercise focused on relaxation🧘Fact: People effected by cancer should exercise 3x a week between 30-60min per session. This helps offset side effects such as feelings of weakness in the body and in our immune system. Exercise can also help boost our energy and decrease feelings of fatigue 🏋Exercise and Oncology can be as complicated as a strength training routine or as simple as a consistent 30-60 minute walk around the block.
